Intention to Provide Services: 

Loeriesfontein Wind Farm invites all suitably qualified suppliers to submit an indication of their interest to provide the works as stated on the cover sheet. A list of commercial requirements and the pre-qualification criteria for further participation in supplier registration related to the aforementioned works is attached hereto. 

The works requirement for the contractor shall be the transport of staff to Loeriesfontein and Khobab Wind Farms from Loeriesfontein via the Granaatboskolk Road, Northern Cape. The estimated travel will be 200km/day 5 days a week, the starting date is 4 March 2024, and the contract period will be for 12 months. The transport will include all travel on site as required by the carcass search program at no additional cost. The required vehicle will be a minibus with seating for at least 9 people excluding the driver. The quotation shall include all cost for transporting the staff, Fuel, Tyres and the vehicle and driver will have the relevant statutory authorizations and certificates. 

RFQ’s will only be accepted if they are received by 12 February 2024 via email to (Pieter.devilliers@mainstreamrp.com), or Hand delivered to the Loeriesfontein Hub. 

Pre-qualification Criteria: 

Only contractors who satisfy the following pre-qualification criteria will be considered: 

• Proof of Company Registration 
• BBBEE Level 1 to 4 
• Preference will be given to women owned companies. 
• Experience in transport of people 
• SME’s and newly formed companies should not be discouraged to request information.
