The project company hereby invites contractors to register to tender for the bid to construct an office extention in Loeriesfontein Wind Farm:

Scope of Works:

The construction of office extention, entailing the following:

CIVIL WORK

• Site clearing and Earthworks, e.g. excavations and breaking of concrete.
• Concrete, formworks and reinforcement.
• Masonary e.g brickworks, foundation, super structure, plastering etc.
• Plumbing
• Capentary and Joinery e.g Roof construction, rainwater goods, door frames etc.
• Ceiling, partitions, etc.
• Painting

ELECTRICAL WORK

• Power distribution e.g. LV cable and DB installations, earthing, labelling, etc.
• Electrical Building e.g installation of lights, switches, sockets, etc.
• Permanent Equipment e.g repositioning of existing electrical building services, install air conditioner, testing and commissioning, etc.
• Data infrastructure e.g data switches, Outlets, cables, etc.
• Issue a valid Certificate of Compliance for the entire electrical building services.

Contractors must comply with the following requirements:

1. a) Proof of Company Registration
2. b) BBBEE Level 1 to 4.
3. c) Valid Tax Clearence Certificate
4. d) 5-10 years’ experience in construction
5. e) Experience in construction of commercial buildings
6. f) CV of the company owner and site manager
7. g) NHBRC registered
8. h) SME’s and newly formed companies should not be discouraged to request information

Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on Thursday, 05 August 2022 at the Loeriesfontein 02 Wind Farm, Loeriesfontein Wind Farm Coordinates -30.294388,19.33308 and will start at 11h00.
